Our primary goal at August is to walk with you in the liquidation of a property from the first steps to the final day. From the organization of the items for sale, through bringing in cleaners and a contractor, to staging the house for sale; Akemi and Dinah have complementary skill sets that account for every detail.
We are located in Salem, Oregon and whether we are meeting with you in person or across the country, we are ready to assist you through the whole process with transparency, empathy, and a high level of professionalism.

We will handle the preparation, organization, and sale with a high level of transparency, dilligence and professionalism.
Staging
We can stage a vacant property, or consult with you on the use of existing furniture to generate and increase interest and maximize sale potential.
